COVID-19

Grass Roots Ecology wanted to provide some reassurance (unless any specific restrictions are enforced by the Government that prevent otherwise) that we will maintain the position to perform survey work whilst exercising necessary measures to ensure that Cononavirus risks are minimised.

This will involve solo working whilst minimising contact with others. Some survey work, such as internal inspections of roof voids for bats for example won’t be possible unless there are guarantees that this would not involve contact with others.

Therefore, some survey work may come with some limitations but this is clearly justifiable given the circumstances. We anticipate that local planning authorities would/will exercise pragmatism in this regard when determining forthcoming planning applications.

Want to see the future office?

We have begun works on restoring a very old Cotswold stone outbuilding (former pigsty) dating back to the 1700s. This will be the new office and will involve a sympathetic renovation using traditional building techniques whilst incorporating some modern materials.

Before works began…
