PROJECTS
We help deliver a wide range of projects, whether small or large-scale, on behalf of our clients which include developers, planning consultants, local planning authorities, private landowners, project managers, masterplanners and architects.
We are working on a number of large-scale projects, including a range of commercial, mixed use and residential schemes for several hundred units in strategic locations across the country, having recently helped secured outline planning consent for up to 260 residential units at Bude in Cornwall.
We are also working closely with a number of our clients to promote various strategic sites, including one for several thousand homes near Bristol.

Bude, Cornwall
South West Strategic Developments
Outline planning consent secured by unanimous decision at committee in July 2016 for up to 260 residential dwellings, public open space, allotments, scout hall, business/community hub including community building GP surgery and office space.
Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset
South West Strategic Developments
Outline planning application submitted for up to 150 residential dwellings and associated landscaping and infrastructure. We helped secure a draft allocation for the site in early 2016 but unfortunately North Somerset Council members were not prepared to support or determine the application. In light of a lack of five year housing land supply a planning appeal for non-determination has been lodged with an Inquiry scheduled towards the end of 2016.

Outline application for up to 30 residential dwellings with associated access and landscaping
Maylandsea, Essex
Millwood Designer Homes
Outline application for 50 residential dwellings, associated access, footways and cycle links, open space and landscaping. This included successfully securing strategic mitigation with Natural England and Essex Wildlife Trust in relation to sensitive wintering bird populations associated with the nearby Blackwater Estuary Special Protection Area and Ramsar site.
